MICROSCOPIC COLITIS SUPPORT

I've been on Asacol for about 6 months and am back to normans & feeling pretty darn good.

I must have scared Norman off with my request for a commitment.....

I usually don't like surprise visitors, but I had a visit from Norman yesterday and I've asked him to stay & party. I'm thinking if all goes well, I'm going to ask him to move in.

Thanks for all the great feedback...I'll keep plugging along with all the lifestyle/medication changes. I tried acupuncture years ago & it didn't do anything for me. That doesn't mean I won't try it again now that my diet has changed & I'm trying to wean off meds.

Is there a way to determine if your MC is caused by long term use of NSAID's & or Nexium?
