Sunflower seeds were awful the last time I tested, but I love pumpkin seeds, flax, sesame, chia and hemp. I grind them in a coffee grinder and make them into delicious pumpkin cookies with raisins and coconut oil. No egg, dairy, soy, or grain at all. Although they turn out differently every time.
