Hello,
I’ve been gluten free (to the best of my abilities) since finding this site back in June 2012. This site has been so helpful-thank you all. I’ve also reduced dairy and deleted all sugar substitutes. Happy to say my life and digestive track have retuned to normal, or nearly.

Hello all,
I have been GF for about two weeks and things have remained the same since I stopped taking entocort 6 weeks ago. No D just frequent rumbling. I will continue with the GF diet in hopes that my gut becomes normal.
A couple of questions:
What is the new normal? Do you all have flare-ups ...

Yes, each episode was proceeded by stressful events. I was taking NSAIDS (baby aspirin) for 6 years. Have other members had stress induced flare-ups? K[/b]
