When I had D and C, I took colofiber (I took 2 bags every evening, one hour before going to sleep). This is something that helps finding the natural rythm in your bowel. This worked wonders for me.

I seem to have developped a new symptom. It's very embarassing, but I'm going to tell you anyway.

I got a sample of Triorfix and a prescription from my general doctor. Apparantly, we can get Triorfix without a prescription, here in Belgium.
