Hi, TEX - How would I know if I was Casein sensitive? Is Casein what messes up the stomach in Coffee Creamers?

How can I find out?

Depends on the Coffee creamers. If you are using powdered coffee creamer, then it isn't casein, it is Gluten in it.

Not Tex, but I have never heard that. I eat 250 to 350 grams of protein a day, never have D from it.

I think I know what it is. After examining my diet. I will let everyone know, when I know for sure. But it was just a small amount it built over time, and eventually made me flare.

Not if you don't change your diet. That link had nothing about changing the diet. Just says it goes away by itself.

are you having many serves of gluten free process flour products? cereals, breads, etc?
for a product to have gluten free status in the USA, it can still have up to 20ppm of gluten. this may not cause a reaction as you eat it, but over the day or the week this will build up.

It takes several years for anti-gliadin antibodies to decay to non-reactive test levels (even when you are in remission). That result looks to be possible, especially after your exposure in June . The exposure in June kicked your anti-gliadin antibodies higher and that is probably still showing up ...

Mom is celiac, Dad is not. Dad does not eat GF. I cooked a totally GF meal for the three of us at Mom and Dad's house: steak, baked potato and I think broccoli. I had a strong GF reaction the next morning. Clearly the fry pan or the dishes had gluten contamination.

No. But I read this, and it doesn't cause any symptoms from it.
