I have had it and I do enjoy it! However I find the Almond Fresh Chocolate Milk much better!
I have never seem to have a problem with any of the chocolate products I have eaten. But I am very carefuly to make sure that it is completely dairy and soy free.

Laparoscopy surgery. They went looking for my appendix (which is another long story) and found apparently 3 intussusceptions at the small bowel.

I would go see a doctor. My father is still in the hospital after 5 weeks on life support due to a kidney stone. I wouldn't hesitate.

I was diagnosed last year with LC at the age of 32. I have suffered with symptoms my whole life. I have changed my diet completely and am doing a lot better. I feel like I have control over my life again!

With the intussusception I do have to stay away from fiber but I will try what Gabes suggested.
I just never know what fruit or veggies I should be eating. I am always to afraid to test new fuits and veggies out..
I will try the apple tonight.

I am very careful with my diet. No dairy or gluten for sure. I will try adding a little fiber. Didn't know if it was the LC or my intussusception.
