It's been a while since I post a message in this forum, and that definitly has something to do with the fact that my bowels are behaving the way to have to:)!

Maybe all nuts are my issue. I've been soaking & dehydrating macadamia & filberts & pecans, as they suggested at Enterolab. Maybe it's coconut as that's the milk I drink & use for a treat.
I'm running out of options for foods because I had reactions to rice & oats.....

Ha..no..i've been on entocort for 10 weeks (9mg a day) and still had fever, blood, pain and all the kind of inflammation. Didnt eat any gluten en dairy that whole time. So..the internist told me to start with Prednison..taking that now for 7 days but still doenst seems to work that much ...

Ha..that acupuncture-treatment is called PERLA, but I just red that the Dr. who's treating me, used N.A.E.T as the base for this thing. So, I guess it's pretty the same.
Allready thought something like that...guess it's pretty impossible to heal all this stuff only with ...

I just bought an slowjuicer last week. Used to make an spinach, shrub selery, fennel, carrot, red beet smoothie with chlorella- or spirulina powder every morning..but did had stomach-pain after drinking every time (like, duh..all that fibres on an empty stomach)

Think I'll call the doctor tomorrow to get some stool-tests..(they allready did that 4-5 ago (before MC was diagnosed) and they saw some rests of Shigella and E.coli..which made me pretty sick in Ghana. But, because they give me some metronidazol ...

What sometimes does work for me is is to drink two cups of water (not hot, not cold..but in the middle, don't know the English word;)), with fresh lemon-juice when you wake up, wait for 20 minutes, eat two kiwi's and go out to run or walk (and all of that on an empty stumach)! Not a realy nice start ...
