I get the obvious cramps before having to use the restroom, on a scale of a 2-3 and I can handle that. I just hate the pain where I can't focus on anything else ...

Oh my gosh I'm feeling so much better after reading this you guys don't even know.
It really is helpful and very comforting to know there are other people like me!
I am definatly going to go gluten/dairy free but I am nervous on what I'm going to eat!
I really do feel like there's hope now!
