agreed Jean!! had no idea the extensiveness of my issues without eating carbs. Will start adding in squash hopefully I can handle that!! Believe me I would more carbs if my gut could handle them!!! And don't know where else to get fat from - you would think 1 steak a day would be enough LOL!
