Thank you Tex! I am in Austin, so I will research the MD you recommended as well as the mast cell issues. I have a PhD myself, but not in anything science related, so it's going to be a big learning experience for me! :) Can't wait to get this disease under control again....

Thank you Carol! I've never taken Claritin, so I will give it a try. I'm also going to be very active about going completely off dairy and soy. Eggs don't seem to be a problem for me. It's one of the breakfasts I can eat that actually calms my stomach.
