I stopped taking Ibuprofen after my MC diagnosis. But, at times my back will go out. Right now I am having joint pain in my hips that is keeping me up at night. Tylenol isn't helping. I strted taking MSM (sulphur) a few weeks ago and that seems to be helping some.

I keep reading it needs to be below 7 to be considered selective IgA deficiency? From what I can see mine is a 65, so my EnteroLab results should be accurate, right?

Sure you are welcome to add my results! I called my doctor and also a local blood lab and no one seems to know what I am talking about with testing for a selective IgA deficiency! =/ Is there something else to call it or do you know if there are labs like EneroLab that does that sort of thing?

So, I just got my EnteroLab results back and surprisingly wasn't sensitive to ANY of the four things tested!?

Gluten-7 units
Casein-2 units
Eggs-2 units
Soy-1 unit

I know that raw veggies and lactose producing things can cause me gas problems. But, now I am back at square one (but, pretty happy ...

Has anyone tried juicing vegetables? It seems if they are pureed like that, they would digest well? And, what about juicing an apple with the veggies? Any thoughts?

I know I don't have celiac disease as that was ruled out through an endoscopy (done at the same time as my colonoscopy). But, I will find out the results as far as my sensitivities toward gluten, dairy, soy and eggs from EnteroLab in the next few weeks.

I am a little confused on something. In your book you talk about how the diet can actually heal your MC. I understand we may still be sensitive to gluten or dairy, etc. But, after your colon is healed, will we we able to go back to eating all fruits and vegetables like we were before the disease?

I thought this might be a good place to post restaurants where we have had good luck eating?
