I am wondering if anyone finds a water soluble fiber of any help in thickening the watery diarrhea when in flare up or absorbing the excess bile in BAM.

One of the GI doctors recommended psyllium husk powder capsules ...

They didn't offer anything as Covid treatment.

Besides fish I eat turkey (only organic frozen directly from a farm) and lamb, boar, occasionally pork. All frozen and quick defrosted and cooked right away to avoid histamine.
I know I react to foods mostly with headaches. Can't judge anymore with BM because it's kind of the same watery diarrhea ...

For Colitis or Covid?
Nothing for Covid, and Entocort, the usual for colitis.

I avoid tuna but eat cod and salmon, wild caught and frozen shipped to me from small fishery in Alaska.

Yes I have taken Entocort three times already and since 2007 I have had a total of six flare ups.
This last one triggered in March by a viral infection is still going on and nothing is helping. My new GI dr is not rushing me into taking the steroid. I just finished taking it in December of 2019 ...
