Hi Pam... you know how they say you can't see for looking? Well, as an example....look at the bottom of this page when you write a message and then hit the submit button...look about 4-5 inches and there's a big block that says support the MC foundation and a like to,smile.amazon.com....

Deb, I'm so sorry that you have such an ongoing problem....my daughter started the Plant Paradox diet promoted by Dr Gundry. The main difference to the way I'm eating now....( basically Autoimmune Paleo ) is removing LECTINS from my diet...I got his book at the library and researched plant Paradox ...

I've had two doctors tell me to take the full dose of Budesonide,9mg, in the morning....their comment was I would get full impact on the inflammation instead of small doses scattered through the day....
I am still careful to maintain my diet even with few symptoms....Budesonide doesn't heal....it ...

I think most docs think what you eat doesn't matter...and I agree, you can eat what you want....just don't expect to ever heal when you eat foods that continue the inflammation cycle... I've learned that there is precious little I can eat and not react....but I've learned to be ...

I had a fecal transplant in Portland, Or. with a Naturopath....he was working with regulatory authorities.....he had been treating UC , Crohns , etc...but was shut down...only authorized for Cdiff.
He was having amazing results with patients with aforementioned gut issues, but all his notes ...

It took me a while to respond to Budesonide.....my body didn’t suddenly stop with the D....it sputtered to a halt with many days of life like always, then gradually I improved ....be careful not to change your diet and allow foods in that you have avoided....
