Thank you everyone so much for your advice and guidance. It is so awesome to know there is a group of people who understand all of this and care enough to share their experience and wisdom! I will see where the altered diet takes me and hopefully there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

Hi All,
I have been diagnosed with MC about 3 weeks ago, after 5 months of running to the bathroom 5-10 times a day. I travel for my job so they put me on disability leave at the end of April. I am 39 years old. I am currently taking 3 Peptol Bismol caplets 3 X per day along with 4 Salofalk tablets ...
