Hemerrhoids - C R H O'Reagan System-Anyone done this???

I am taking a stool softener but afraid to have too much fiber -- all the advice I read says if you don't have enough fiber your hemmies will come back? What sort of complications can the IRC method create? How was the healing time? Thanks! I start ...

Hemerrhoids - C R H O'Reagan System-Anyone done this???

Catholic Eucharist and "Rice Wafers"
There is a Catholic 'regulation' that there has to be some very small portion of 'wheat' in the Eucharist for Catholics. These Sisters have produced a wafer that is virtually GF. If it is not 'working' for you, it was suggested that I personally consume the consecrated wine. At times when I am late ...

Holy Eucharist for Catholics-GF Wafers
I have LMC and have been receiving a "gluten free" wafer for a year with no averse reaction. If you would like to investigate, your Archdiocese/Diocese will provide you with information. This "host" is manufactured by Sisters/Nuns in the Midwest. Although everyone is different, of course, this ...
