I used to work in a diner....the cook would always put a scooper full of pancake batter into the omelet to make it puff up....I believe I was told at IHOP that they do the same.

Could be the source of issue for you.

That works for me! Today I had 2 pancakes (Pamela's), with some real maple syrup, and a large decaf coffee I had gotten on the way home from the barn. I ate about 10am....

Now it's 5pm and I'm finally hungry. Tomorrow it's grits and eggs...

I would go anywhere someone would cook what I need to eat for me! I can bring the horses and give people rides.

Some well-meaning frienda have suggested that I take a few supplements. I'd like to gather your collective experience.
Here's what else I "should" be taking, according to my friends:

Vitamin B complex
Papaya pills to settle the stomach
Zypan 8500, which is a hydrochloric acid supplement that aids ...

Still shows Negative for Celiac....and at the time only on GF diet for 10 days or so.

My rheumatologist is convinced the test is ridiculous. She told me, "Look..you have the genes for celiac, you have 99% of the symptoms, you have the rash....YOU HAVE CELIAC!!!! Don't let this test give you false ...

That explains it! I can drink coke all day w/o getting sick...just give me peach though, and whew!
