MICROSCOPIC COLITIS SUPPORT

I have both Scottish and Irish heritage. Nobody else in my family has anything remotely close to the GI issues I've had for 35 years. I have a couple of friends with Celiac disease, and they are both mainly of Irish descent.

Agreed. The good news is that mindfulness meditation is a growing trend in many workplaces and elsewhere. It saves businesses money in various ways. If the workers are in the business of caring for others (e.g. nurses), it can have a ripple effect to better outcomes for those in their care.

It has been helpful for me. It confirmed foods that I knew were problems, I learned about sensitivities of which I was unaware, and I feel better now that I have eliminated all items to which I react. I feel that the tests were expensive, but worth every penny.

Thank you, Deb, for sharing this. Wonderful - not surprising, but good evidence to share with skeptics and those who think meditation is a bit too "fluffy" or "woo-woo" to really be taken seriously.
