I take with food:
750 Omega 3s
Vitamin E 400IU
Vit. D 5000 IU
SCD Multi-Vitamin (1/2 2x daily)
SCD Vit. B/Zinc/C 1/2 2x daily
Calcium 1/2 pill 2-4x daily

Just started back up with Betaine with Pepsin.
I've never taken more than one pill before meals.
I am trying 2 now.

Has anyone been prescribed Anti-Spasmodic drugs to treat MC? My D is controlled with pepto, but it seems that before and after (especially after) I "potty" I have problems with gas pain and bloating. I have had these types of issues my whole life, now being magnified because of MC it seems.

No I am not certain that I want to take the gluten challenge. Pretty curious what my GI doc has to say about that, however.

I am going to a nutritionist today and I am going to inquire about the stool panel tests. I am hoping insurance will partially cover this? We'll see.
