I started getting mouth sores from the very beginning my PCP did not know what was causing them but told me to use clotrimazole cream (athletes foot cream) and it would be gone in 3 days I still get them from time to time but it just clears up on its own.

I still only eat food made from scratch at home its safest but last weekend I bought ham from the deli and got glutened from the meat slicer
so its back to pre pack only for me I have A list of gluten free ham
