Up that high could be acid reflux, especially if it travels upward. Mine travels downward. When I was pregnant, the only time I've had acid reflux except for a recent few bouts from pepperoni (no more for me, sigh), and I drank peppermint tea, 2-4 cups a day to soothe it. Worked great. :)

I am trying to do this Autoimmune Protocol, which only cuts out two more things than what I usually eat plus limits fructose. No problem!
Unfortunately, I use NSAIDs 1-2 days per month for migraine pain and I know for sure they are a trigger for my MC.
