I have stayed gluten-free, but I have not been as vigilant with my dairy and soy , and I am now experiencing a flare. This flare is also accompanying major, heartburn and indigestion, and I’m not sure what to take since we know that PPIs ...

I wasn’t really sure where to post this question so I’m taking a chance posting it here. I have LC and CC but I am currently six weeks into remission. I have a colonoscopy scheduled for next week and was curious if when they do the biopsies will I still be positive for the disease or do ...

Two completely unrelated issue questions
Hi Guys,
Up until six weeks ago, i had been in remission for 2 1/2 years so I am back to the basics.
My first question is regarding Pepto Bismol protocol. I went into remission strictly by diet, no meds last time, but GI wants me to try the Pepto, 3 tablets, three times a day for 8 weeks. I'm ...

Meats and Histamines
Good Evening,
I am trying to find information regarding histamine and meats as in fresh, frozen and leftover. I am recently experiencing a flare and am trying to remember the specifics on freezing meats right after cooking and cooking from frozen.
Thanks!
Kim

Beta Blockers
Good Evening,
I am having a flare after an 18 month remission and I've been going back over my notes and diet info and in my recent readings I have found that Beta Blockers have been listed as a possible no-no. I was actually on one back when I had my first flare and if memory serves, I discontinued ...
