Was very Strict.
It never improved my problem.

I bought all the food.
It cost me a lot over the year.
Had my own board to prepare on.
So no contamination.

So I have to go this way eating . My food choices.

I am eating 12 items and so far. No diarrhea ...

I will wait till it comes to Canada in book stores.

I do not do purchasing off computers.

Like I said in one of my posts being new to-day. It was meant for me to meet this retired gentlemen Doctor. In place of taking my Drs place while she was on vacation. He understood all I said. He even phoned me to tell me He got in-touch with my Specialsit.

I have Sciatic for years and Osteoarthritis in hip. So it keeps me behind some what to exercise.

Two years ago I decided to use the wrong foot to get up on the dock.

I fell and and landed part way on the sand hard shore

and the water edge.

From then on. I feel my Sciatic gives me much pain ...

Glad I found this site. I have been diagnosed with M.C. Yet when I ask questions to my Specialist. As I read on others here.
Have mentioned they frown on the food does not make a difference.

I really do not think they know what to do ...
