i'll double check the Align...i've been dairy free for 3 years - or thought i was!...

thanks Tex....my doctor has been reluctant to do any of the tests i've asked for...i was scared to ask her for anything else!...this outside lab seems a perfect solution...

i haven't had my vitamin D checked....i'll see if my doctor will ok it...

i've seen several posts recommending a good probiotic - but which ones are good??...my GI dr told me a few years ago ( pre diagnosis of MC) to take ALIGN...i never could tell if it was helping or not, but i took it religiously...now i'm post diagnosis of MC for about a month and not taking any ...

thanks for the uplifting words Connie...it's all rather overwhelming, but i'm trying to break down everything into small segments of info and then it's not quite so daunting...plus i have it in my head that it's not going to be a "quick fix", but rather an entirely new way of life and i need to take ...

i think i'm going to do the testing...i've picked out the combo A1 + C1 and the yeast sensitivity....does that sound like it would get the majority of things for the money?..
