Good suggestions, but I have to pass on the meat and veggies in the a.m.

Other gastric issues mean I am very nauseated from approx 9 p.m. until about 10 a.m., unfortunately.
I have a very physical job, so really need to eat some protein in the morning--will try a shake and muffin or

Because of my lymphoma & nausea, I need to be cautious about the amount of meat I eat. I can barely brush my teeth in the a.m., so I know I couldn't eat meat in the morning.
Rice is one of the few things that doesn't make me nauseated :)

I'm only eating certain foods and also taking the Colestid now. Flare-ups are starting to decrease, which is great, but I need suggestions for my very limited diet!

Because of my many gastric issues and near constant nausea, I am mainly eating:

GF Rice Chex
Rice milk
GF bread
Rice
Sweet potato ...

I'm glad, because I also eat them. Breakfast ideas have been few for me/very nauseated in early a.m. And I'm at work by 6--any suggestions? Hard boiled eggs seem to be o.k. . .

Wanted to share my update after seeing the GI.

He's starting me on Colestid (bile absorption), 2g daily in the a.m. Recommended cutting Immodium down to 1 a day and hopefully, less, if my symptoms start improving.

I currently follow a limited diet and take Immodium twice a day, 4 days a week, on the days I work. I do not have a bowel movement those days, so I back off the Immodium on my days off. I seem to be going back and forth between diarrhea and constipation, which is definitely making my nausea worse ...
