Being new to the idea that certain foods can aggrevate C.C., ( Dr. never mentioned it, just said to try Pepto Bismal and Immodium)
If anyone has the time I'd like to read a typical breakfast, lunch & supper plan.

(I did test negative for Celiac's disease.)

I have recurring issues with the Epstein-Barr virus... I do not know if it is auto immune related, but it sure does cause problems.

I have primary biliary cirrhosis (liver autoimmune)
My body seems to be attacking my bile ducts. I have to take artificial bile each day.

After waiting 2 years to find out why I have D.... decided to listen to the Doc.... it was easier than I anticipated, but not the best 3 days of my life.
At least I have a diagnosis now of C.C. Although pathologist said it was a toss up between C.C. & L.C.
So now I can add that to primary biliary ...
