I have also read a lot about budesonide and the length of treatment. I know everyone is different but I was only prescribed it for 6 weeks. How about you?

I'm actually taking a probiotic now (not sure which one at the moment) and have noticed it's helped. My flares aren't horrible ever since I've cut out gluten/dairy and spicy stuff etc.. I've also started acupuncture and have noticed a little bit of a difference.
