I ended up getting the malabsorption test, and it showed everything is NORMAL.

That is a big relief. Mostly because I probably don't entirely understand how everything works - but any test that comes back normal is a little victory in my book!

Good to know about Five Guys and Outback. I've eaten at Outback since my diagnosis but not at Five Guys.

We tend to eat lunch out a lot on weekends. I've also had very good experiences with Mellow Mushroom. Their GF pizza crust is actually better than most gluten based crusts, I find.

I now got an email from Enterolab recommending that I get an intestinal fat malabsorption stool test. They can do it with the sample they have, all I have to do is pay for it...

Do I also have to completely avoid the foods under the 14 unit mean value? I have been eating some of them and I'm doing fine. But if they still do damage, I would want to avoid them of course.
