So, ive been on autoimunne paleo for a while it worked great until recently, im on 150g aza, and i got 55 kilos, pretty underweight.
Last month I feel little worse then ussually, i started to go to bathroom 2-3 times a day instead of 1 or 2 max, its followed by pain in the morning or after eating ...

So b complex vitamin,
Calcium?
Zinc?
Glutamine or any other?
So fish oil, D,magnesium glycinate and b complex, what else could be beneficial and safe to use?

So beside vit d mag, and fish oil, what else could i put in?

While I was recovering, I could not tolerate any vitamin or protein shakes. I recently tested this again with a protein shake with low amount of ingredients so I could save some time not cooking and possibly use them for travel this summer. That experiment did not go well for me! :oops ...

I dont know what else i could add to my diet, i dont get well with rice milk, peanut butter..

Why eat highly processed foods? Eat the meat (or the plants, if you prefer vegan) that the product was made from in order to get your protein. There's no way that something in a package is going to be less inflammatory than the real food it came from.

which is better, magnesium bonded to taurin or glycinate? for bowel ofc.
I got offered a mg taurin and b6 tablets but 1 tablet got 150mg Magnesium and 1mg B6, it is somehow cheaper.in package of 90 tablets.
