Oh I certainly have pain. I have ALOT of pain it may be my worst symptom, mostly on the left (where my sigmoid would be) but I also get a lot of pain in the splenic flexure area and around my appendix/cecum area. No evidence of diverticulitis on the scope !

The doc definitely takes me seriously, I've shown pics before. That's why I was able to see a GI so fast and that's why I had testing done in the first place! I'm assuming the official diagnosis is just MC though, nothing else showed up with the biopsy or the colonoscopy visual aside ...
