In Hungary, we don't know if the cows were grass feeded or not, no such information... But if I`m not reacting to normal gluten (bread), I don't think that it can be a problem throughout the meet. Soy can be different because I not usually eat anything with soy ...

After reading the whole topic, one thing is not clear:
If I start to use mag (topical oil spray) and d3 (also in spray, but sublingual form), should I take calcium tablets too? If yes, how much? (I thought I need to keep 2:1 calc:mag ratio.)

Tor, it can be true (likely it is true). In my country (Hungary) it is very unlikely to take biopsies if the macroscopic view of the colon looks good. Even my GI doctor thought it is useless. If I didn't force it, now I would have a diagnosis of IBS...

- GI infections (2x) acquired in Asia,
- Genetic factor: (my father has totally the same symptoms - started 35 years ago - , but he is undiagnosed).
- Autoimmun origin? (I am allergic to pollens and dust, I have seborrheic dermatitis around my nose).

Have you ever took medicines for your illness? Or you could control your symptoms by dietary changes?

Now - after investigating of my diet for two years, I think I can stop the ocassional diarrhea attacks totally by avoiding triggering foods.
