Re: Extreme Fatigue

Tex,

I will just start taking Methyl guard and see if things improve. It's good to know I can't get into trouble taking it, I hope.
After dealing with LC all these years I'm use to trial and error.

thanks for all your help!

Re: Extreme Fatigue

That does help. I'm trying to figure out how not to feel so crummy. There is so much to navigate and All this is very overwhelming. Thank you for all of your expertise! One more question, Why do you only take one of the methyl-Gard Plus? My instincts are always to take the full amount that they say ...

Re: Extreme Fatigue

Tex,

Seems like we all share a lot of the same issues. I have low thyroid and it's been going on for about 30 years. Also for the past five years or so I've had peripheral neuropathy in my feet and legs and it is only getting worse. I will try the Methyl guard Plus and will look at my bloodwork ...

Extreme Fatigue

Hi All,
Happy after Thanksgiving!

I'm trying to figure how to get better. I was diagnosed with LC in 2018 and have pretty much got that under control unless I eat the wrong thing. But my fatigue has gotten worse and it is almost debilitating when I'm really in the thrones of it. I go in and out of ...

Re: Escitalopram

Howdy Tex,

Thank you for the response. I will look into the Wellbutrin. I decided not to take the Escitalopram, it's not worth risking a relapse. I'm taking 200 mg of magnesium now. Maybe I should up my dose?

I appreciate all your time and caring,
Laura

Escitalopram

Hi all,
I've had microscopic colitis for 6 years and have been in and out of remission a couple of times. I've been in remission for 3 years now and have been diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety. I went to the doctor and they prescribed Escitalopram. I took 1 pill then I read the side ...

Hi Tex,

Thanks for the information. I just have to be patient and keep eating the right things. I really think the stress is causing most of my issues, so I will try and work on that too.

You are all wonderful people to share your stories, time and knowledge.

Thanks for the thought of reducing the Magnesium, I will try that. The testing was done in March of this year.
I also wondered about B vitamins, I see that Gabes posted about that. What kind is good and how much, maybe it could benefit me also?

Thank you all for being here, otherwise this would be ...
