Welcome to the group. In addition to what Erica suggested, all wild-type meats are safe (except bison — all bison now contain domestic cattle DNA due to cross-breeding over the years). IOW, it's safe to eat venison, duck, goose, quail, pheasant, emu, ostrich, alligator, rabbit, etc ...

Have you been able to try Yellow or Red Potatoes? Or even Yam or Sweet Potato? If you can get either of those they would be good to introduce now.

Can you eat Pork? a pork chop works nicely with sea salt.

thanks for the reply I used to eat red Irish potatoes but gave them ...

So wish that I could introduce more foods :(
Breakfast gf flaked rice with 2 teaspoons almond butter and half mashed banana

Lunch fish and rice other half of banana

Dinner chicken or Turkey and rice
I worry about too much arsenic in my diet from the rice, but not much option,elimination diet and ...
