Try taking Milk of Magnesia to help with the constipation. We used that when my daughter had surgery and got backed up. Stool softener didnt quite do it. Narcotics and pain killers can cause constipation.

I think I am just one of the unlucky ones to get side effects. My only other med is for blood pressure and I doubt thats causing it. I am hoping it comes back after I am done with my slow taper.

I have sleep issues. My nutritionist recommended trying 5-HTP though its not recommended for long term use.
