I take Boswellia Serrata for my Lymphocytic Colitis and have found it to be helpful in managing the pain/cramps. However, I take a much higher dose (400mg 3 times a day). Your intake of magnesium (glycinate, malate, threonate are all good ones) should be 10 mg per kilo body weight.
