That great, eggs have been a staple for last decade. I raise my own chickens for fresh yard eggs. Now I am unsure what I can eat...seems I have whole new set of symptoms. Maybe just start plain eggs alone see how goes. Have any other suggestions..

Forgot to mention what I eat, GF, singular items, avocados, eggs (my girl's eggs) salt only seasoning. Drink coconut water or water, never pop or drinks. No sugar or breads, some meat like pork loin or chicken and small portions. Corn chips and cheese and grapes were my traveling meals. I might need ...
