Paul Here - I was really glad to hear about that magnesium deficiency as it relates to leg cramps. I was having them every night. Charlene was taking magnesium, of course, but I wasn't. Since I started taking the magnesium also, the cramps have magically disappeared!

She does seem to be getting better. No "accidents" yesterday and only one BM and that one was about a Bristol 6. I think she will be back on track in a few days. Glad to gotten your advice! Thanks

Thanks, Tex. I appreciate your insight. I will wait a couple or three days and see how it goes. She only had one "accident" today, so maybe she's getting out of it. The pepper was whole pepper corns that I ground in a pepper grinder. I really appreciate all the help and support I get on this site.

Paul here, Charlene is experiencing a flare up, Norman left and the WD is back. Three "accidents" today. Don't know why. The only change I've to her diet is putting a little black pepper on her eggs in the morning (she seems to tolerate eggs very well).
