I found a new (to me, anyway) B-complex recently, and this time, I checked out the allergens it's free of VERRRRY carefully before I bought it.
It's put out by Jarrow Formulas, in a bottle of 100 capsules. Took my first one of them tonight without difficulty swallowing it, so lets hope ...

Yes... there have been two studies published in the last two months! And only a couple I've found related at all, previously. The gluten free/casein free diet has been around since the 1960's for treating autism... mostly rebuked by mainstream medicine. Now, some fifty years later... the proof is ...

We've been able to find the Rice, Corn, Honey Nut and Strawberry gluten free versions, but have not yet seen the Cinnamon or Chocolate in our area stores... but we check every time.

I have found it interesting that there is a sudden upswing in research about probiotics. I'm pretty sure just ten years ago talk about leaky gut and probiotics were considered fringy. Happy to see more and more research in support of using probiotics.
