I have an appointment next week to see a Naturopath. In the mean time I am going to start the candida diet just to see if it helps.

Tex, so would the reverse be true that if you tested negative for yeast you could assume that you did not have candida? My yeast result was 6 from enterolab.

I have never been tested for mast cells. At least I don't think I have. How is this testing done? The only GI doctors around here are complete idiots and I have no desire to go back.
