I'm glad that they say for six and up because a lot of times young children just can't produce enough anitbodies for the blood test and will show negative. This is where enterolab is more helpful but sadly still not accepted main stream. Glad to see this Tex!

Rosie, I remember someone saying on celiac.com that they used ground flax seeds. Flax is fiber just like xantham and guar so I bet it does work but don't know if it would change flavor ect. Dee probably will have a good suggestion too!

I remember reading others doing a candida diet and during the die off period they feel generally worse. I also remember one lady mentioning taking grape seed extract. Another had great success with caprylic acid capsules. I hope something works for you soon!
