i am not on any heart meds and havnt been for just under a year, i refuse all medication right now, i know my reaction to the pills caused massive fluid build up, and then then i was given a diuretic pill which actually caused further fluid build up and the CC , it did ...

today marks 6 months off budesonide, and 1 year since my trouble started,
im doing ok , no WD at all, im still sticking to my safe foods for breakfast and lunch, and for my evening meal i rotate the same meals constantly, i know which will give me wind, which will cause extra bloating ...

im still doing ok after having to come of budz , i was on it for a total of 13 weeks, the last 3 weeks at 3mg, but stopped abruptly due to reacting to it, massive bp spikes, couldnt control my temp, continous hot flashes, very emotional, rashes, the lsit is endless,

i think i shall maybe alternate between 3 & 6 mg, and just listen to my guts and go on a daily basis, i am extremly sensitive to meds, and i couldnt hack ENTOCORT, it was awful stuff, but i can take budenofalk without any side effects at 6mg,
