MICROSCOPIC COLITIS SUPPORT

Yesterday I had a fairly big serving of chicken livers, and while I was eating my throat became quite sore. Since- then I have felt like I'm inflamed / having a flare up. Not diarrhea, "fevery" without actual fever, achy, lethargic, bit nauseous...is it possible I had a reaction to the chicken ...

Has anyone here used guava Leaf tea? We use it as a medicine for diarrhea, but I wonder if it has anything in it that might be irritating to MC bowels ?
I'm searching online, but wonder if anyone on here has experience...
