MICROSCOPIC COLITIS SUPPORT

Thank you Tex. I think I will give it a whirl -- especially since we live on a great fresh water fishing lake.

My EnteroLab tests show chicken eggs to be reactive (46 units) . In the past I have eaten eggs frequently because they are a great source of protein. I'm trying to find a source for duck eggs, but not having any luck. I am in Minnesota. If anyone has a source, please let me know.

Can anyone tell me if fish is a safe protein? Since my lab results show reactivity to beef, chicken, pork and tuna, I am hoping that I may be able to tolerate fish (other than tuna). Thinking of salmon, walleye, bass, talapia, mahi-mahi, etc. I believe I read that shellfish (shrimp, prawns, oysters ...
