Re: Magnesium, Stomach Acid and Menthol
In MC world our bodies are a ever changing chemical experiment!
keep listening to your body, make changes slowly and be patient to gauge if the change is providing benefit

Re: Vitamin D Level
I always stop or reduce my dosage for the week prior to the test for Vit D3, zinc and my active B's
that way I am getting a reasonably accurate result.
I wish I could say I am doing ok
I am 'all clear' on the treated breast but we are monitoring an anomaly in the other breast

Re: Vitamin D Level
Did you stop the supplement for a week prior to the test?
If it was me, I would reduce to 2000 iu for now and moderate the dose based on if you have outings and there are sick people there / how you feel.

the other aspect of this 'stage' of things.
Along with the actual limited ingredients, is the mental and emotional aspects of healing.
this is the time that we have to listen to our bodies and love our bodies (despite the challenges)
be ok with the slow healing process,
be ok with slow progress ...

Re: Radiation treatment impacts
I did radiation treatment for breast cancer in November 2024
The main issue I had was fatigue and body aches.
There was some gradual impact (softening etc) to Pooping over the duration but I never had explosive diarrhoea for long duration
By the end of the treatment and with external stresses ...

my experience with these functional approaches, when our body is clearing toxins this tends to cause a change in our poop, which some may think that the treatment has made things worse.
one of my main triggers is stress / adrenalin. After a stressful day, the next day I wake feeling poorly ...

are you able to change to a different gastro?
The test he is suggesting is used moreso for crohns
if you are having good results with cholestryamine, and having minimal symptoms why the need for another test that will not confirm or deny MC?

Re: Bioresonance
my experience is that the improvements are so gradual that they are not necessarily noticeable over weeks.
it can take 3-6 months to see improvements
this is likewise for fixing nutrient deficiencies, it can take 3-6 months to resolve deficiencies.

Re: To "Newbies" Starting the GF Diet (Updated) 2025
The posts done by Dee were written and posted before I set up the guidelines to recovery.
the stage 1 eating plan is provided as a guideline as a 'reset' to lower inflammation and provide a basis to build the individuals safe eating plan.
I personally after years of healing can NOT tolerate spices ...

when I researched it back in 2011 - bio resonance was (was and may still be) used by Nasa to assess those that travel to space to assess impact on the body.
