Doc said most likely just inner ear imbalance. I've had congestion and sore throat on and off for the last few days, so it's most likely my quarterly illness I get as the seasons change! I've got my decongestant and neti pot now, so I'm all set!

Anyone have persistent dizziness while changing diet/meds? I have an appt. with my primary tomorrow, since I'm guessing it's inner ear problem, but was curious if it could be related to MC.
