I guess it’s been 2 weeks tomorrow since talking with Dr Fine. Pretty sure I removed everything from my diet he advised right after that…

Thanks - I got my supplements Saturday but haven’t started the two probiotics, the lozenges or the digestive enzymes yet because they recommended a cleanse first and I need to plan ahead for that (it’s like a colonoscopy prep). Anyone tried the Enterolab recovery protocol?

I got my Enterolab results and consulted with Dr Fine. I purchased some products from him and wondered if anyone else had tried them. First, my results:
3: oat, tuna, almond. I must avoid these indefinitely. Most reactive.
2: in descending order of reactivity:
Corn
Rice
Chicken
——
Pork
Beef
Walnut ...

I do have the MTHFR mutation, was just checked. My multivitamin has the active form of the B vitamins & I supplement vitamin D as well. Even though I have magnesium glycinate it seems to cause symptoms so I can’t take it every day.
All the broth I’ve found so far have vegetable components ...

Thanks Tex. Would a collagen supplement aid in healing? I know bone broth is advisable but it would be easier for me to use a supplement.
