Okay. That makes perfect sense. It must have taken a lot of effort to lay it all out.
I'm going to buy it and translate it.
Thank you very much.
A big hug.

Re: New Cookbook for MC & IBD Patients
Ohhh!! Great job!!
Are you planning to translate it into Spanish?
If so, I'll wait. If not, I'll buy it and translate it myself as I go along.
Thank you both so much!!
A big hug,
Marta

Re: Bioresonance
Hello everyone,
Something has definitely changed. I feel better. I already mentioned that my energy levels had improved a lot. For now, they remain the same.
As for my bowel movements, they have also improved over the last few days. They are still far from normal, but they are on the right track. In ...

Hi Leena,
I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto's hypothyroidism and MC.
As Tex says, the most important thing now is to get tests done to confirm whether or not you really have Hashimoto's. You should also have an ultrasound scan to check the lump you mentioned and your thyroid function.

Thank you so much, Gabes. It’s really encouraging to read your comments.
I wouldn’t say I’ve gotten much worse. Things had already gone downhill before I started the treatment. What did happen at the beginning was that for a few days my stools were full of mucus, which wasn’t normal for me — but ...

Pilates Reformer and fecal incontinence
Hello everyone,
I wanted to share a thought with you. And, while I'm at it, help someone.
I started practicing Pilates with a Reformer machine fifteen years ago. MC hadn't appeared yet. As many of you know, in Pilates, the point of strength is in the pelvic floor. Since MC debuted, I have never ...

John and Gabes,
thank you very much for your comments. I really value them and take them into account; they make me reflect on the issue.

Hello again ,
I definitely think salt is not the problem. After all these days without salt I am still the same. I had a couple of days that my stool became mushy but then it went back to water. I also stopped the coconut water in case it was the cause and nothing improved.

Re: Cholestyramine and insomnia
Hi Trickylou,
I was taking cholestyramine with very poor tolerance. My family doctor advised me to divide the dose into four parts, start with one part for a few days and progressively increase it. This would give the body time to tolerate it better. It didn't work for me but maybe it will for you ...

Totally Weepy!!! That's the first thing they tell you when you are diagnosed. Don't worry, it's nothing serious and with medication you won't even know you have it. Just like that!!!
If it wasn't for Tex and the forum, for me, this would be even worse than it is. I will be eternally grateful!!!
