Re: colonoscopy

thank You, Gabes.
I already have P5P since 2022, because you advised me earlier, together with zinc because of my severe reflux.
Now under control! You are very helpful.

Re: colonoscopy

Hi Gabes,

thank you for your reaction. I am 73, but I use HRT for almost 15 years. I can't do without.
And yes: running nose, itchy eyes, sore throat.

I use all the supplements on Tex' and your advice. But I stopped the zinc some months ago. You advised it because of reflux and I have this rather ...

Re: colonoscopy

Hoi Tex,

Thank you so much. I am going to study on the articles.
One day after the scopy I got a bladder infection, which I try to get under control without antibiotics. It proves how vulnerable my hole system is, I think.

Something else:
Since a month I changed my dinnertime from 18 to 16 o clock ...

colonoscopy

Dear all, and special Tex,

I hope you are doing well.
I posted some time ago about 'accidents'. I visited a gastroenterologist and she decided for a colonoscopy. I had it a week ago. No serious things there, but the pieces she took away, showed lymfocytaire colitis.
I really hoped that my mc should ...

Re: fecal incontinence

Hi Laine,

Thank you for your answer. I am sorry to hear that you are so good in accidents.
I live in Amsterdam and I like to do my shopping by foot and there are not so many pine trees here....
I used to bike and that's much quicker, but the traffic is really terrible here. And I want to walk ...

Re: fecal incontinence

Hi Tex,

thanks for your reply. I also call it an accident and I looked at the hits. Then I searched for diaper and ......124 hits. I understand that many of us wear diapers and I understand that this can be necessary if you are not in remission, but being in remission and having normans and yet ...

fecal incontinence

Hi all,

I hope you are all well.
I was not on the board for a while, because I am very good in remission. The last years it went clear that I have to stay on my strict diet, because otherwise I get problems. i realize more and more that this disease is very restrictive in many ways.
But now I have ...

Re: 10 year anniversary

Hi Marcia,

This is indeed good news and inspiring!
I just posted about my strong bones, but I also had last week my yearly blood check and everything was perfect.
Just like you my cholesterol was a little bit too high, like always, but only the HDL, the good form!
I also keep to my strict diet ...

good news about bonebroth

Dear all,

Good news! The last few years I have been fallen on the street for several times and I was always glad nothing had broken! I live in the center of Amsterdam and the fast riding electric bikes are a real problem here.
Last week I had an accident on my bike because I was hit by a person on ...

Re: flare

Dear Tex,

I am very very happy to tell you that my WD disappeared, just from one day to another. I was very happy with your advise to follow my normal diet. Because I had been 10 days on rice, bananas and eggs in India and the first days back home on rice, applesauce and bananas was very tough for ...

Re: HRT and MC

Hoi Patty
I posted my story at the department of the success stories under the name 'seven years on my successful journey to healing' in 2018.
I am really happy to know all my food triggers, because that makes it easier to deal with my MC. I had a serious flare recently (never had such a flare since ...

Re: HRT and MC

Hi Patty,

I use HRT ( DYDROGESTERON 5 mg and ESTRADIOL 1 mg) since 2011 and my MC started a year earlier.
I reached remission years ago by diet while taking the hormones. I can't live without them. Several times I tried to stop, but the symptoms returned always. So I decided last years that I will ...
