Anyone know if Asacol can be ordered from Canadian pharmacies? I had a reaction to Entocort, so I am now on Asacol. Since I changed insurances the normal $40 I paid for a month supply is now $100, just curious if I could get it cheaper from Canada. I have stopped taking it for now, but feel things ...

I am one of the odd ones that had a neurological reaction. My left arm from mid-forearm to my fingers went numb. It started after taking Entocort for 10 days. It took probably about a week and a half for it to go away. I am now taking Asacol 3 x a day, and it's working pretty well. I loved Entocort ...

Anyone done this testing rather than Entrolab? Differences, besides blood vs stool. I had a friend who did these not for MC, but another stomach issue.
Side note: I was the one who had an allergic reaction to Entocort (hand went numb), I have been able to control things for the most part with Asacol ...

I started entocort 9mg a day 2 weeks ago. On Tuesday my hand went numb. I have since stopped taking entocort via recommendation from my doctor. I just started on Entocort on Saturday (9mg per day) and am wondering how long it generally takes people to feel better. What did your doctor recommend you do once you were diagnosed? I was told to take fiber, did not help, only made it worse. Just trying to get a grasp on what I should be doing? I am thinking of changing doctors, perhaps he is not educated on MC.

Anyone on here from Colorado? I live in Parker, which is south of Denver. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions of a good GI who knows more about MC than my current GI appears to.
