Re: MC returns after more than a decade against background of chronic pancreatitis
You're doing all the right things by staying hydrated and watching what you eat. I’ve heard from a few folks that sometimes supplements—especially in high doses—can be tricky when your gut is already sensitive, so it’s good you stopped them for now.

Re: Anyone tried the Enterolab recovery protocol?
Yeah, I tried the Enterolab recovery stuff a while back. The blueberry fiber and the enzymes actually helped me feel a bit more “normal” digestion-wise after a couple of weeks. I was super skeptical at first, but it didn’t mess me up, which was a win in itself lol.

Re: Canned tuna
Yeah, it's technically processed since it’s canned, but it’s still a good source of protein and omega-3. Just watch the sodium if it’s in brine — some brands add quite a bit

Re: Lower back pain
I've read some people find relief from back pain by incorporating cannabis-based treatments, especially when traditional methods don't seem to help. If you're open to alternatives, checking out something like these Curaleaf clinic reviews might be worth your time. They have some positive feedback ...

Re: Can other Medication Cause MC?

Re: Information Pamphlet for Friends,Family, Bosses
You could make a basic pamphlet with key details about your condition-what it is, how it affects you, and maybe some helpful tips for those who want to support you.

Re: Cholecystectomy (Gallbladder Removal) Improved Symptoms?
I had mine removed a while back and noticed some relief too, but for me, it wasn't a total fix. My digestion got better overall, but I still deal with some ups and downs now and then. From what I've read, it seems like some people experience long-term improvement, while others might see things come ...

Re: MC returns after more than a decade against background of chronic pancreatitis
As for the anti-inflammatory supplements, they could have contributed to the flare-up, especially if your body was already under stress from the pancreas issues. Sometimes, supplements like those can irritate the gut. It’s good that you stopped them as soon as the flare-up started, though.

Re: Tenderness in Upper Abdomen
I’ve had some similar stuff when tapering off budesonide too, especially the tenderness and weird stool color. For me, it helped a bit to stick to really simple, low-fat foods, just to take it easy on the pancreas and gallbladder.
