^^ I wonder if this is a generation thing? Because most people around my age use it to keep in touch with each other. I keep in touch with university friends that way.

I tend to avoid health groups because they turn into competitions over who is the sickest.

I'll see if I can dig out my results and share what mine looks like, it'll be interesting to see how they are different. But it is possible my test was different to yours, I think I might have done a different test with them but I can't fully remember.

Do they also score 4-1 in terms of reaction? Because mine were coloured and numbered. Although I did t 3 and a half years ago!

Jen maybe I didn't make my point clearly, but I meant contact your GP with the results to ask to be refered to a specialist dietician who deals with allergies/intolerance etc. Unless you can self refer to a dietician in your area who specialises in this area? GPs are general points of contact for ...

From memory yes it does, but I've never been a huge fan of beetroot anyway.

I can't find it because I'm in my phone at the moment, but hasn't there been a lot of research into marijuana and its effects on Crohns? From what I understand, it certainly doesn't cure it but it is one of the best treatment options for remission.

It would be very unusual to be sensitive to beetroot, broccoli, and carrot. That might be possible, but I don't recall anyone here ever posting about a sensitivity to either of those foods.

My grandma is 84, since she turned 75 she has been offered the stronger flu shot, every time she has the stronger one you can guarantee that she will be in hospital with a severe chest infection within 3 weeks. Although she does have a lot of respiratory problems which don't particularly help.

I believe it was a finger prick test and it picked up on 23 food intolerances. I did the intro test first to check that I had intolerances then progressed to the full test.

The only thing is, it only gives ratings of 0-4 for intolerances ...

My GI actually told me to stay completely clear of probiotics altogether. Apart from that I am unable to answer your question. I hope someone else with more experience can answer soon to help you.
